"I was ready for the usual delivery..."
I was ready for the usual delivery drama, but nope, the box arrived looking perfectly fine. Clean, intact, and not a dent in sight. A surprisingly peaceful ending to what I expected to be a packaging tragedy.

"Worked fine with my adhesive, but I was a little unsure at first"
I wasn’t totally sure these stone panels were going to work with the adhesive I already had, so I was kind of expecting some issues. Thankfully, they stuck just fine and I haven’t noticed any lifting or weird gaps after a few days. I’m happy with how easy it ended up being, though I was definitely a bit nervous going into it

"Easy return and quick refund"
I ordered from Stone-flex but ended up picking the wrong size, so I had to send it back. after I’d already paid, I started feeling a bit unsure and wondered if returning it would turn into a hassle.
Customer service got back to me quickly though and explained exactly what I needed to do. The refund came through faster than I expected, so in the end it was all really straightforward and stress-free.

"I had a couple of questions before..."
I had a couple of questions before placing my order and the team got back to me quicker than I expected. They explained everything in a normal way, not all salesy or full of confusing terms, which always makes me trust a company more for some reason. There was a small mix-up with the delivery info, but they sorted it out fast, so I can’t really complain. Overall it felt like they actually cared and weren’t just trying to get the order through. I’d use stone-flex.com again.

I’ve been using the Stone Flex daily for a while now, and my gut feeling is that it’s going to hold up well. No cracks, no loose pieces, and nothing that makes me think it’s wearing down yet. It just feels sturdy and dependable, so I’m happy with it so far...

"Really nice texture and a natural finish"
I ordered from stone-flex.com and, i was really happy when I saw it in person. The texture actually feels realistic instead of flat or cheap, and the finish looks natural without being overly shiny. It made the wall look way better than I expected. For the price and the end result, it feels only fair to give credit where it’s due. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Color matched perfectly, but definitely get samples first"
I ordered samples before buying the full panels, and I’m really glad I did. The final panels matched the sample color really well, even in daylight, with no weird shift or surprise difference. Just a heads up to anyone ordering, don’t skip the samples if the exact color matters to you.

"Order came out just right"
I ordered from stone-flex.com everything was exactly what I’d picked. The sizes, colour, quantity… all of it was right. No missing pieces, no random wrong item in the box, nothing like that. I kind of expected at least one small mix-up, but nope, it all turned up fine. Easy enough order overall, and just glad it arrived correct.

I was a little nervous about how long shipping might take, so I felt relieved when my order showed up after just a few days. The tracking wasn’t perfect and didn’t update every step of the way, but seeing it arrive that quickly made me feel like things were handled well. Overall, I’m happy with the shipping speed.

"Cutting was tougher than I thought"
Umm, the shapes turned out okay overall, but cutting was definitely harder than I expected. The edges chipped more than I would’ve liked, so it didn’t come out as clean as I hoped.

"Too expensive for the quality"
I expected a lot better for the price. It feels like the quality just isn’t there, which is frustrating because it seems totally preventable with a little more attention to the materials or finish.

"I honestly can’t believe how real this looks"
I got this for a small wall at home, and wow, I was genuinely shocked by how natural it looks. I expected it to be okay, but the stone texture and color are so good that I kept staring at it like, “Wait... is this actually real stone?” It doesn’t have that cheap fake look at all. I’m seriously so happy with how it turned out.

"Kinda too heavy for me"

"The site wasn’t exactly easy to deal with"
I tried using the site, but it wasn’t not frustrating. Finding what I needed took longer than it should have, and some pages loaded slowly. It wasn’t the worst thing ever, but it definitely could’ve been smoother

"Pretty easy and flexible"
I used Stone-flex recently and they were really easy to deal with. I had to change a couple of things last minute, which I thought would mess everything up, but it didn’t seem to be an issue at all. The whole thing felt simple and there wasn’t much back and forth, so in my mind that usually means a company knows what they’re doing. Would probably use them again
